This workshop experience is prefect for groups of up to 10 people, is a great addition to your retreat, special occasion or event, celebrations and gatherings, or a welcome addition to your regular hotel guest activities and more.
Weaving workshops are tailored to suit the needs of the group or setting. Workshops are designed to reconnect you to the land, your inner self and creativity, practice technique and awareness in meditation and using sustainable natural materials.
Suitable for beginners and all stages - all materials provided.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
You will receive all materials to start a basket and some to take home, guiding through the weaving process and will leave with new a skill and meditation practice.

THE PROCESS
You will learn to weave using invasive species, learn about the fibers, how to prepare them for weaving, the importance of removing them safely. Weaving techniques date back 10,000 years and provide strong connection to ancestors, past lives, family/community and self. Weaving brings in new creative energy and growth.
Weaving is a creative meditation that is really special in a group environment, it brings free flowing peaceful energy to the maker and a greater sense of connection to those around you. It can be done anywhere anytime with the right knowledge using many different fibers and is a great solo meditation and creative outlet and can be done anywhere anytime.
