Returns/Exchange Policy


It is important to us you are 100% happy with our products, if you have any concerns or questions please contact us to discuss.

We offer a 7 day refund/exchange on items that are not as represented starting from the date the item is received. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your product. If returning your item/s we advise to use a postal tracking service and obtain insurance as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Please ensure to read the disclosure statement to become familiar with your purchase prior to purchasing. Items include natural materials that will change over time.

Gift Cards, sale items or items purchased with a discount of any kind are non-refundable.

Workshop bookings can not be refunded, change of name/transfer to another person may be considered if 24 hours notice is given before the workshop date please contact us immediately if you can not attend a workshop.

For all refunds/exchange customers are responsible for shipping charges even if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are to be posted to The Woven Dream PO Box 98 Carlton North, Vic 3054 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 5 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
