THE PROCESS
You will learn the coiling technique using natural and recycled materials. This technique dates back 10,000 years and provides a strong sense of connection to ancestors, past lives, family/community and self. Each stitch connects the next passing round and round in a journey bringing new energy and growth.
Weaving is a creative meditation that is really special in a group environment. It brings free flowing peaceful energy to the maker and a greater sense of connection to those around you. Weaving is also a great solo meditation and creative outlet and can be done anywhere anytime.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive materials to start a basket and some to take home, guidance through the weaving process and will leave with a new meditative and creative practice. After attending you will gain access to our resources and be invited to join The Woven Dream exclusive weaving group.
THE SETTING
We will be in a beautiful natural setting (weather permitting), close to nature where we have the opportunity to learn about natural, recycled and sustainable materials including the use of invasive species. We will be able to spot items we can use for future weaving projects.
Location is subject to change up to 3 hours prior to event. It is essential to have email access and check your messages 3 hours prior to event commencing.

Water to keep yourself hydrated
A cushion if you have trouble sitting on the ground
Anything you need to keep yourself comfortable and happy for 2 hours
BOOKINGS
Bookings are $49 AUD per person (approximately $36.50 USD per person).
Spaces fill up quickly and are limited to 10 people per class. Your booking is a donation to attend this workshop. Online bookings are essential. Contact us if you have any questions.
